Born in Cleveland, Ohio in July 1963, age 44.
Married to the former Julie Lynn Knight, of Lithonia, in 1993.
Julie is the librarian (Media Specialist) at Mansfield Elementary.Son, Ray Holt, born in Covington in September of 2002.
Moved to Newton County in May of 1995.
Education:
- Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA.
B.S. Economics, June 1985, with course work in Public Finance.
Graduated 9th in class, Magna Cum Laude.
- U.S. Army ROTC, graduated 1st in Cadet Battalion, named a
Distinguished Military Graduate.
- Coverdell Leadership Institute, Class of 2008 graduateProfessional:
Worked as a programmer, system analyst and system administrator for MAG Mutual Insurance, Larson-Juhl and CIBA Vision.
